Refund policy

All sales on driproute.ca are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations once a purchase is completed.

Exchanges are accepted within seven days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be brand new, unworn, and unwashed, and must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts.

Exchanges will be rejected if items show wear, odor, damage, alterations, or are missing any original components.

All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer, including the return shipping and the cost of a new shipping label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Exchanges are processed within three to five business days after receipt and inspection.
